Miranda Lambert Might Be Twitter's Next Quitter
Is Miranda Lambert over Twitter already? It seems she's just not that into it anymore. But her fiancé, Blake Shelton, is a huge fan of the micro-blogging site. (One of his most recent tweets: "Not pre-ordering my album tomorrow is like open-hand slapping your grandma and yelling 'Now cook me some biscuits bitch!!'") Lambert told Fox News, "I'm on Twitter a little bit, I mean, I kind of took a break. It sort of feels like people get obsessed with it, people like Blake Shelton. It just feels like it's too much sometimes." She's half joking, but she does seem like she has a private side and maybe doesn't want to share every single thought with her 104,000 followers. However, she did just post a link to Shelton's mom's website where she sells handmade crosses. Then Lambert gets serious and opens up a little about the pressure of being a headliner after a few years of being the opening act. "It's scary because it's your name on that ticket, good or bad," she admits.

People quit taking them both so seriously … that is the problem with everyone - no dang sense of humor. Blake is kidding, Miranda is kidding. If any of you knew them personally, when they are home, in their private time, out of the lime light - you would all think so so differently. They are the most romantic, genuine, sweet, caring, loving couple I have ever met. They truly care about people and each other. Blake has said NUMEROUS times - that he just likes to get a rise out of people .. because people take him so seriously. Miranda is just funny - I’ve never read one twitter that was offensive. People get off your high horses - and take a chill pill! All of you are just going off what you hear and see - none of you know them personally … I’ve known them both … for years and none of what any of you say about them being inconsiderate and rude is true. None of it. Blake is hilarious and she is just plain sweet. Get over yourselves.

None of you have romance like those two have. Not even I. How many of you sit outside your house, around the campfire….and listen to old country music and slow dance? How many of you go down dirt roads, with your drinks and sit there and just laugh with other, how many of you share so many common bonds together. Their love is real - they live a beautiful country life and they both know what they have. That’s what matters - what you see on twitter or whatever is just a show. It’s not real. I love their music and who “they appear” to be. I don’t know them personally so I say “appear” not that they aren’t who they “appear” to be, but like I said, I don’t know them.

In the summer they aren’t home too too much because their job requires them to be out .. but from from October - to around April - they are home quite a bit. Especially during hunting season. They make their schedules so either she can come out with him or that they can be home together quite a bit.
And Diamond - I won’t hang their with you because you all just don’t know them. It’s just so funny how many people take him so seriously. I’m just defensive I guess because they are my friends and I just wish everyone knew them the way I did - so he didn’t get such a bad rep on being a bad fiance to her or a jerk. I met Miranda a while back and she wasn’t too friendly. She wasn’t exactly rude, but she appeared to think she was on a pedestal. How do we really know that Stephanie is friends with these people? She may say so, but unless I say proof it’s just cheap gossip. I’ve met Blake several times and he seems really nice and funny.

Btw what kind of person is she in the first place to ruin a happy marriage? People need to realize that Blake was married to Kat (his high school sweetheart) and Miranda comes along and ruins his marriage. Nice going!

umm LeeAnn it takes two to cheat. Miranda didn’t ruin that marriage. If cheating is what caused his divorce it’s just as much Blake’s fault than it is hers. You think she demanded that he divorce his wife and be with her? No. You can’t force someone to do something. If Blake left his wife for Miranda it was his decision. I don’t get why no one blames the men in these situations. And if cheating is what happened then it obviously wasn’t a “happy marriage.” People don’t just cheat on their wives and get divorced if everything is great. Plus, they could have been having problems way before he met Miranda. Just like above you said Stephanie is telling cheap gossip, making claims about cheating is cheap too.
