Jesse Dayton Sings About Bravery on Both Fronts

Posted: July 22nd, 2010 at 2:36 pm  |  By: Chris Parton

At first, Jesse Dayton's video for "I'm Comin' Home" seems like a tribute to the men and women serving overseas, but maybe just as important, it's also one for the families they've left behind. It takes a lot of bravery to stay strong while loved ones are in harm's way, too, so Dayton reminds viewers that our soldiers are always looking out for one another. Following a group through basic training and deployment, the song tells the story of a patrol that ended up pinned down by sniper fire. With scenes of troops in the field and the happy reunion of families back home, it shows that bravery is needed on both fronts to do the job.
