"Love Never Fails" Carrie Underwood, Mike Fisher
Finally. Pictures of The Blushing Bride (also known as Carrie Underwood) will be available for your viewing pleasure on Friday (July 16). She apparently gave People magazine access to her very private, very lavish wedding to hockey player Mike Fisher at the Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Plantation resort on Saturday (July 10). So what will the pictures tell us that we don't already know? The five-page spread will have snapshots from the ceremony and the reception, where she changed from her lace and silk organza wedding gown into a strapless Lhuillier cocktail dress because, as she said, "The wedding dress was huge, I wanted to get my boogie on, so I had to change."
There will also be pictures of Underwood's dog, Ace, who walked down the aisle in an embellished pink tuxedo. And this from a woman who sang that the more boys she meets, the more she loves her dog? Fisher must be the one boy who changed her thinking on that. Underwood admits the dog-in-a-tux was kind of a shocker. "Mike was like, 'He's in pink! What are you doing?' But he looked so handsome," she said of her Best Dog.
Most importantly, details have emerged about the music. Fisher's hometown paper, the Ottawa Citizen, reports that a DJ at the reception played country, pop, Lionel Richie and Guns N' Roses. And the very first dance as Mr. & Mrs.? That was to the slow and sweet acoustic ballad, "Love Never Fails," by Christian contemporary singer Brandon Heath who was there to do it live. When he sang, "Love is the river than flows through/Love is the arms that are holding you/Love is the place you will fly to/Love never fails you," I'm sure there wasn't a dry eye in the house.

Carrie and Mike had a secret wedding because they wanted it to be sacred and private, they actually take their wedding vows serious because they have respect for marriage and God…they aren’t getting married because its the thing to do or “a just because” like some celebs *cough*cough the kardashians*…and if anyone should bank off their wedding it should be them, there was money to be made and it fell in the right hands because they are donating it to charity..i doubt the paps would have donated the money to a charity they would have sold their photos to a tabloid and pocketed their money..so if someone was going to get paid im glad that carrie and mike got the proceeds because they are generous good people. everyone wins in this situation, mike and carrie got their way and they are in control of distributing their photos so they dont feel invaded, carrie’s fans get to see her wedding photos,people mag. wins, and of course a charity will be helped,…the only loser here is the paps because they stayed out of their way and didnt make any profit off of them …im glad the money fell into the hands of generous and good hearted giving people….

“Hey”….you have it all wrong..Carrie has millions she doesn’t need anymore shes set for life, she wasn’t trying to make anymore money by selling her photos to people mag, if she was then she wouldn’t be giving it away..it isn’t always about the money,she has plenty of it to give away if she wanted… obviously their giving back to others because they believe in helping to those who need it. i think your thinking way too hard on this.
all she wanted was a private ceremony for mike and herself just family and friends no interruptions…its a special day and she wanted it to be comfortable…and beautifull, can’t blame a girl for trying to make her wedding day perfect.

What a beautiful bride. They both look so happy and in love. I love the song they picked for the husband and wife dance. It must be so romantic and full of emotion and love. I bet it was a wondeful experience to all.
I am not surprised that they donated the proceeds of the photos to charity. Now, lots of people will benefit from it. They are both generous persons.
What an amazing 5 years for Carrie. She started out as a very shy small town girl and blossomed into an incredible vocalist, great entertainer and breaking records along the way, good ambassador of country music and a beautiful person. Then finding the Mr. Right who shares the same strong faith and values and spirit of generosity as hers and now is married to a good man.
Yet inspite of everything she remains true to herself , down to earth and a girl next door. Fame and money have not changed her at all. As you can tell, I am a huge Carrie fan and a very proud one. Best wishes to you both. God bless you two.

It WAS their wedding and they had every right to control it, right down to who was paid for their wedding pictures and what was done with the money, and true to form, Carrie and Mike said “charity.” God bless them both.

Carrie Underwood is the most self absorbed, pompous brat I have ever laid eyes on in my life in the country music field. I actually had a chance to meet her at a charity event, and she looked so disinterested and acted so like she didn’t even want to be there. She was also extremely rude to the DJ’s from the radio stations that were there. BTW, she will not be donating the money from People to a charity, it is on record she did this to reimburse herself for the money they paid for the wedding. Good luck Mike Fisher…remember Tony Romo dumped her as well as that Crawford kid. Must be a reason. She also made fun of Jessica Simpson being “fat”, but she was “fat” during Idol. Her handlers made her slim down once she won the competition.

Carrie moved on with her life after a failed relationships. She never maligned any of those men she dated. You must be dumped a few times in your life and then blamed yourself about it because you seemed to blame a woman for a failed relationship. Maybe those men were not the one she wanted to be with or just mutual decisions. And now she found a nice christian guy who has the same faith and values as she has. She must be smart to not settle for less. Maybe you can learn from that.
She never called names to Jessica; just not her nature. It was Jessica who was trying to create some controversy about Carrie being vegetarian and making fun of it. Carrie stayed away from any gossips and controversy.
Carrie and Mike are both generous persons. She donate regularly to charities. On the secong leg of her tour she is donating some to charity. She does not need to reimburse for what they paid on the wedding because she already has millions. If you read the news you would have known that the proceeds of the wedding photos would go to charity. So research first before opening your mouth and go on a jealous rage.
She did gain weight during Idol and she would admit that. She is not embarassed about it. She worked hard to maintain a weight she is comfortable with. She just eats healthy and exercise; no crazy diet at all. You must be jealous that she looked gorgeous at her wedding. Maybe you need to work on yours.
Pls. get a life Miz Carrie and try to be happy. You seem like a miserable person. Too bad because you dont have to be. There are lots of things around to be grateful with.

There are a few nonfans here that make up things or exaggerate things about Carrie because they can not come up with something real to diss her. Yes rosyz, anger management seems to be needed all over this place. Why are people so ugly to another human being? I don’t get it. Sometimes I think people say stuff just because they can and they like it when people respond. It seems to me that people who do this kind of thing are badly in need of help. It is like being dropped back into high school where the mean girls (or boys) hang out and you can not reason with them because they are so messed up they do not see it.
