Songs for Carrie Underwood’s Wedding
Faith Hill is reportedly in Greensboro, Ga., for the Wedding of the Century, so I hope -- just for fun -- Carrie Underwood plays Hill's "Dearly Beloved." Maybe it's not appropriate at the actual reception since it's about a shotgun wedding. But maybe Friday (July 9), at the rehearsal dinner, it would kick off the festivities with a sense of humor. (According to E! Online, that dinner is being prepared by a chef that Underwood and fiance Mike Fisher flew in for the night.) But come Saturday, when the post-nuptial dancing begins, here are some songs I hope Underwood has on her orchestra's play list. Add 'em if you've got 'em:
"Stealing Cinderella," Chuck Wicks
"Lost in This Moment," Big & Rich
"Forever and Ever, Amen," Randy Travis
"You Had Me From Hello," Kenny Chesney
"I Swear," John Michael Montgomery
"I Loved Her First," Heartland

What a special day for Carrie!! I am sure she is the happiest person in the world today. There are so many beautiful songs to be played at a wedding and reception. I do wonder what is Carrie and Mike’s special song. Congrats, Carrie and Mike!!!

I think Tim/Faith will sing one of their love songs…….

Carrie and Mike’s song is “Love Never Fails” by Brandon Heath. He sang it for their first dance at their reception after the wedding. It is a very beautiful song and he has a fantastic voice.

I went to Spirit Song at Kings Island in Ohio and he mentioned he would be singing his song at a wedding…So amazed to know it was for Carrie Underwood…what a beautiful song and he kept us under suspense with not telling us who he was singing it for!!!
