Brad Paisley Makes Weather Report Mostly Good
It's not every day the Weather Channel reports on the latest goings-on in country music. But when you have a flood of such momentous proportions -- plus a big star with water-soaked equipment and a tour named H2O -- it's kind of a no-brainer that Brad Paisley would make the weather report. His tour launches Friday night (May 21) in Virginia Beach, Va., with a show-must-go-on attitude. He took to Twitter a couple of weeks ago to say, "This tour is gonna mean so much more 2 us than ever." And he wrote a special piece for Billboard, where he said, "I mean, my crew stood in knee-deep water lifting every last piece of equipment they could save. ... And now we're all scrambling to pull off the miracle of making it still work. We've always been a close group, but now we're WWII close."
