Chris Young Scores First Multiweek No. 1
I had another awesome week out on the Alan Jackson Freight Train tour! We hit the Northeast for the first time on the tour and actually played shows in four states in four days -- NH, CT, NY and PA. The shows were all fun, thanks to you guys coming out to see us! We even pulled a little practical joke on my bass player by swapping his mic stand for one that was only a foot tall. We like to pick on him for being short ... well, short compared to me. No worries though, we fixed it before he had to sing anything. Sorry Shane, just keeping you on your toes! :) Wrapping up the weekend, I found out "The Man I Want to Be" is No. 1 for a second week! I sincerely want to thank everyone for all the support on the radio and the road, and thank you for my first multiweek No. 1! It truly is a humbling experience that I will never forget.
