Miranda Lambert Models the Ring
"I ain't the kind you take home to mama/I ain't the kind to wear no ring." Those opening lyrics from Miranda Lambert's "Heart Like Mine" might have been true last week. But this week? She is so the type to wear a ring. Especially this ring. This gorgeous engagement ring Blake Shelton gave her when he asked for her hand in marriage. It is packed with all kinds of diamonds in a platinum setting. And as much as some girls say that if you can still fit your hand in the pocket of your jeans, then the ring's not big enough, this one seems perfect for Lambert. Not gigantic or flashy -- because that just wouldn't be her. But not too insignificant, either, because you just never know where she keeps all that kerosene and gunpowder and lead.

I like Blake Shelton’s song Hillbilly Bone because its fun to listen to and make fun of the Hillbillies but I’m not much of a Miranda Lambert fan. She has a few good songs but nothing really great. Kinda a B lister. But whatever. I hope Blake and Miranda have a nice marriage. Good luck.
