Laura Bell Bundy Gives Two Sides to Her Story

Country fans have already gotten to know a little bit about the sassy Broadway actress Laura Bell Bundy from her first single, "Giddy On Up," but she's ready to show a different side of her personality. For a limited time, check out the listening party for her debut album, Achin' and Shakin', on CMT.com. When asked about the title, she explained that the album actually has two parts. "The Achin' side is comprised of all slow, sultry country ballads and the Shakin' side is all up-tempos," she says. "Quite honestly, [the slow ones] touch me the most. I gravitate toward 'Cigarettes' -- that's one of my favorites -- and 'When It All Goes South.' Those make me think." But one that might stand out immediately is "Drop On By," the album's first track. "It makes me feel sexy," she said. "It's groovy, not too slow. It's like a Norah Jones for country vibe. You can dance to it, and it's just a sexy song."
