Tim McGraw and Faith Hill: Together at Last?
How long have Tim McGraw and Faith Hill been married now? Almost 14 years? And they've both been singers that whole time, right? So it seems like a full album of duets from the two of them would be a given. And McGraw is finally admitting that, yes, that could happen sooner rather than later. He told the Canadian newspaper, the Vancouver Sun, "It's just a matter of time. Once we clear the woods a little bit, we'll (record an album), for sure." Beyond the once-in-a-while duets they've recorded over the years, like "Let's Make Love," "It's Your Love" and "I Need You," they've always done a stellar job on duets when they've toured together. I've seen them sing Snow Patrol's "Chasing Cars" and Fleetwood Mac's "Go Your Own Way." And I've seen McGraw bring Hill onstage to help him out on his own hits like "Angry All the Time" and the super-sexy "Let Me Love You." That's almost enough songs for a full duets album right there.

I really do not understand all the animosity towards these two. Did I miss something? Both are good people and talented singers. Tim is a talented actor as well.

I would buy a duet album by them in a heartbeat. There is one other couple who would trump them and that’s Garth and Trisha. I would love them to put out a CD together but if Faith and Tim do it first then I’ll be in line waiting for it.

I want this album now! I love both of them and I actually think they both look great for their age, especially Faith she’s so gorgoues. And songs can be a hit from more than one artist so chill out Kevin.

Thanks Alison, great article, great couple. Tim and Faith are 2 of the most talented people in the business. They are also 2 of the nicest. I am looking forward to their duet album, something their labels wouldn’t let them do. Very exciting news.

Yeah Faith hasn’t been on the radio since the award show stunt she pulled with Carrie Underwood. Playing or not it bombed her career. I am not a huge fan of either, however, I think an album from these two would head straight to number one and could smash some major records!! Remeniscent of a George and Tammy album!! Great idea!

However, from some of these posts I must be tone deaf and blind because I certainly DO NOT hear and see what some of these comments reflect. How anyone can say Faith cannot sing is beyond my comprehension. The same goes for her CHOOSING to be a Mother & Wife first and an artist became secondary . . . not due to her failure as an artist. Whatever Tim & Faith are doing I would recommend they continue because their household appears to be successful, happy and fun. It’s too bad negative people so often share that side of themselves and also make up things along the way. Personal preferences is acceptable; however, to turn that into bashing is extremely immature and just unkind. Can’t wait to enjoy the duets CD . . . Tim and Faith’s music and presentations always give me pleasure and make me even happier.

unlike most artist today tim and faith are better in concert and live! so for your auto tune comment-stick it! the best concert i have ever seen and heard was tim and faith!

I had the honor of attending their concert in Sydney just last week and I can honestly say that if they ever cut an album together, I will be eagerly waiting in line for my copy. They are fantastic live and have crazy vocal chemistry.
Also they seem like really nice, down to earth folks who are clearly totally head over heels in love with each other. It was plain obvious on stage; non of their impromptu hand holding and dancing was staged. When they sang I Need You, the entire audience was transfixed. It was a riveting performance.
So yeah, cut a duet album Tim & Faith!
