Slow Drivers Bring Out Kellie Pickler's Inner Demon
If you missed The Ellen DeGeneres Show Monday (March 29), you missed Kellie Pickler and one of the most charming interviews I've seen in a while. Even DeGeneres tells her, "I don't know why we even book anyone else on the show when you're here. Because I could listen to you for an entire hour." Pickler covers hurricanes ("Your butt will be hugging the toilet."), how much her grandpa loves the Black Eyed Peas ("He has the biggest crush on Fergie.") and how to get your driver's license out of the dryer vent with a wire clothes hanger and bubble gum. Then she talks about getting pulled over for driving 45 in a 30 mph zone. "I can't stand when people drive the speed limit. It's like, 'Oh, my God! Get out of my way!' That brings out the inner demon in me. I'm not like possessed or nothin'. But the speed limit's too slow. You can always push it and drive five over," she says.

I saw this interview on Ellen and not knowing who Kellie was she kept my attention.. I thought she might have been a comedian with all she was saying. She was very entertaining and Ellen really did not have to say anything once she got started talking.. All I can say is that Kellie is hilarious.. !!!!

I’ve seen Kellie on Ellen & interviews with Suzanne on TOC and she is hilarious- she should have her own show. She may be “fluff” but she has good vocals, great songs & videos, and I’ve seen her in concert- very entertaining. Love Kellie!

Kellie got rich from her amazing talent and hard work, over 1 million people buying her albums and hundreds of sold-out concerts. She constantly works and has never taken a year off touring.

real country - Kellie hasn’t been doing this long enough to “take a year off touring”. I’m sure she will to re-fuel at some point. She should probably be headlining big venues before she even thinks about taking time off though.

@Ted, Kellie got rich for her SINGING and she WORKED HARD for several years to get it all to work. But the difference is some people simply are dumb, and that would be you. Have fun being jealous of others the rest of your life…
