Brandi Carlile's "Dying Day" Details Life on Tour
I think it's pretty exciting that CMT.com has the world premiere of Brandi Carlile's "Dying Day" video. She just seems like a cool artist, but I really love her expressive voice. Whether she's living in a dream world ("Dreams") or working through extremely painful memories ("That Year"), when I hear her I generally have to stop what I'm doing and just enjoy the music -- and "Dying Day" is no exception. She and her band offer up some candid performance and travel footage as she sings about long-lasting love and heartache on the road. While the subject is as old as music itself, she delivers it with fiery passion. Written by Tim Hanseroth, one of the twins in her band that you'll see in the video, the song comes from her latest album, Give Up the Ghost.

imho, this is the best (official) video the group has released yet. they look like normal people you’d like to just hang and have a beer with, and the couple times i’ve had the pleasure of meeting them it’s been the same. hope 2010 is the year they become a ‘household’ band!
