Rascal Flatts' Joe Don Rooney and his wife, Tiffany Fallon, are expecting a baby in September. And if my calculations are correct, their first son, Jagger, will be a little over two years old when his new brother or sister is born. That is perfect. For all those "terrible twos" rants out there, I happen to think that's the best age for being a big brother, mostly because two-year-olds can walk so you don't have to do the one-baby-on-each-hip thing, Plus, two-year-olds can keep themselves occupied, can talk and can actually help out a little with the new baby. Rooney knows Jagger doesn't quite understand the concept yet, but he says, "I pray with him every night and we pray for his brother-or sister-to-be." And as for mom-to-be, Tiffany Fallon, Rooney says she's preparing for a new son or daughter in her own way. "Tiff's all about decorating rooms, so she's got to know. She's got to prepare the nest," he said. Congrats to the whole Rooney family.
