Miranda Lambert Lies Her Way to the Top

I've been a longtime fan of Miranda Lambert, so I am thrilled to finally be able to say those three little words: "It's about time." After five years in the music world, and a huge collection of critical acclaim, she now has earned her first No. 1 hit with "White Liar." I would've thought that "Famous in a Small Town," "More Like Her" and "Kerosene" would've soared up the charts. But this time, she had a little more help from her Twitter-savvy brethren. After she posted on her own Web site that she was only 150 spins away from No. 1, Dierks Bentley, Blake Shelton and Lady Antebellum all sent out tweets asking their fans to request "White Liar." And then, Lambert's cigar-and-champagne celebration could finally begin.

I love Miranda and couldn’t be happier for her! She finally gets the recognition she deserves! I was at her show in Bloomington, IL the night she got word of her first #1, it was a special moment to be there to see the excitement in her face and in her voice. I was proud to be celebrating that night with her. So here’s to many more #1’s Miranda!

I was so happy when i found out she finally had a #1!
She deserves one, and for her to not of had one untill now is crazy! She should have had one a long time ago! Shes an amazing artist and makes amazing music.

I love her a lot. She is one of my favorite female and Taylor Swift is my other favorite female star too. I love them both in my life. I love that song “White Liar” and I love it because it is so cool to listen to it a lot when I’m in a bad mood when I listen to it it makes me feel better from depression (sad) and I love this song a lot. Miranda Lambert keep up the good work for me I love you a lot. (Moog7)

Radio has finally gotten the message.Congrats Miranda and thank you rasio for playing White Liar, its rhe best ! Amarillo Sky Miranda is #1 on Mediabase and Jason on Billboard. Two great artisr sharing the #1 spot in country !

I have been a ran fan ever since she stepped foot into country music and i am so proud she finally got her long overdue first#1 single of her career.I am still on cloud nine because i just seen her in concert last saturday in grand rapids,michigan for the second time then she announced that house that built me will be her next single.Again thanks to everyone that made this possible for Miranda forputting the icing on the cake.

i love miranda and carrie, and they love each other too!..no, no not like that..:)their good friends and they speak so kindly of eachother, i love girl empowerment!…
CONGRATS MIRANDA..HERES TO MANY MORE BECAUSE SHE TRUELY DESERVES IT!..

she is so underrated and i hope this is just one of the many good things to happen to her, she doesnt need an autotone mic, or she doesnt need to dance on stage, shes a girl with an attitude with real life stories sharing with the world on her guitar and man can she sing!!!….
