Tag along with Katie Cook? Why not? Her job as the host of CMT Insider is an enviable one, so it's no surprise that a new magazine, Southern Flourish, wanted to do a big feature story on a day in her life. You can see an entire photo gallery devoted to Cook in hair and makeup, then a whole collection of pictures of her with Dolly Parton (one of her favorite artists), and one of Cook with Carrie Underwood. Then, the best part of her day, when she's back home with her daughter, Daisy, making cue cards. Katie Cook cracks me up! I saw an interview she did with Shania Twain, and she actually asked Shania if she had ever seen any UFOs over the lake near Shania’s home in Switzerland. Shania was “dumb-struck” at the question! It is the first time I have ever seen Shania speechless. It was too funny!
