Faith Hill Gives Holidays Deeper Meaning

It's really all about adoption. But the CBS special, A Home for the Holidays With Faith Hill, has plenty of music in store for country fans, too. Carrie Underwood, Reba McEntire and more will appear with Hill on the show airing Wednesday (Dec. 23) at 8 p.m. ET. And from the promos, it looks like there will be a combination of big hits and Christmas music. So be sure to set your DVRs for that and for all the special stories about families who have adopted and the kids who are still out there looking for a forever home. Any great country singer can put on a holiday special and invite big name guests to perform, but given Hill's own adoption back story, this 11th annual A Home for the Holidays special will come from the heart and get us all in the spirit of the season.

Has Faith recorded ( A baby changes everything).
Just heard her sing it on her special tonight. My son and daughter brought their new baby (Gracie) home from the hospital today. I would love for them to hear it

I watched the show and it was heart warming. I love the fact all the singers sang from the heart. Loved It!

I watched the special last night and it was truly touching. Thanks to Faith Hill for her time and efforts for adoption. The performances were great. The standout to me was the Carrie Underwood performance of Temporary Home. What an inspiring song.

uppers know who can sing and who cant so come up
with an excuse that ts was busy that is a crock

I WAS ONE OF THE SIX PLUS MILLION VIEWERS WHO WATCHED ‘HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS’ APTLY HOSTED BY FAITH HILL… SO ARE MY FRIENDS. THANKS FAITH AND CBS FOR DOING THIS. EVERYONE PERFORMED WELL. FAITH AS USUAL SINGS HEARTFELT AND THIS IS DEAR TO HER HEART BECAUSE SHE WAS ADOPTED. ESPECIALLY HER RENDITION OF ‘THE DRUMMER BOY’ WITH THE CHORAL ENSEMBLE IS VERY TOUCHING AND BEYOND PERFECTION. SHE IS EVEN CLOSING THE PROGRAM BY INVITING EVERYONE TO COME BACK…. WE WILL…EVERYONE WILL.FAITH!!!
