Rascal Flatts Will be Unshockable on CSI in 2010
If I wasn't writing about country music day in and day out, it's very possible that I would be working in a forensics lab. That's how much I love crime shows like CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. So I was beyond thrilled when Taylor Swift appeared on CSI, and now I can't wait to see what the show's writers come up with for the Rascal Flatts episode. Jay DeMarcus, Gary LeVox and Joe Don Rooney will play themselves but it won't air until early next year. But we do know the episode is called Unshockable. Get it? Like their Unstoppable album and tour? Anyway, one of them will be the victim and the other two suspects. Any guesses as to what kind of crime the country trio could be involved in? Could Jay and Joe Don be accused of trying to dethrone Gary as the frontman by poisoning his drinks with a throat-burning concoction? Or maybe Gary convinces Jay that Joe Don is about to leave the band, so they have to blackmail him in order to keep him. The possibilities are endless.

Oh my God, I am so excited. I love CSI (and really any crime show), and I love the guests they have on there. I actually thought the Taylor Swift episode was really good (she was great, and in terms of the shows main characters it was really moving), so I have some high hopes for the Rascal Flatts one.
I can’t even guess what they might do, but does anyone know when to expect this episode?

I can’t believe this woman gets paid to write the drivel she puts on here…I have been a country music fan for over 40 years, and am accustomed to reading informative articles about country music written by actual journalists who have a basic knowledge of the material they are writing about.
