If you think non-celebrities are the only ones who bid on celebrity merchandise at auctions, you are so wrong. That's because Martina McBride just paid around $1000 for an NFL jersey. The very jersey, in fact, that Tennessee Titans coach Jeff Fisher wore when he "wanted to feel like a winner." It's not a Titans jersey, though. It's from the Indianapolis Colts' Peyton Manning. Hence the hefty price tag. That jersey has controversy sewn right into it. During a recent interview with ESPN, there was even talk of a new McBride song about it called "We Got Your Number." So, did McBride wear it during the Titans-Colts game yesterday (Dec. 6)? No word. But one thing's for sure. The Titans did not feel like winners, jersey or no jersey.
