Maxim Lists Country Music's 18 Hottest Women
In this special section on Maxim.com, they list who they consider to be the 18 hottest women of country music. And it's pretty much the usual suspects, like Julianne Hough, Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert, Kellie Pickler, Jennifer Nettles, Faith Hill, Martina McBride, Sara Evans, Gretchen Wilson and the girls from Little Big Town. But it's the little remarks and photo captions that are worth checking out. From the introduction line ("We know why the devil really went down to Georgia. He was looking for these country divas.") to the comments about sexy newcomer Jessie James ("the smokingest thing to happen to country music since Willie Nelson rolled his first joint") and about Danielle Peck ("grabbed our attention with her pantsless video for "Bad for Me." Which was, ironically, very, very good for us."). This story may not be for the girls who hate men's magazine, but guys who dig country will love this photo gallery.

Here is the list in no order. As you can see Carrie is listed. Not that it matters because Carrie has talent and beauty, and most important Class!!!!!!

Maxim released the list in no specific order.

This is a pretty good list except for Gretchen Wilson. Wilson isn’t hot at all - she is kinda unpleasant to look at, actually. And there’s nothing hot about her trailer trash persona either. Surely they could have picked someone else.
Otherwise the list is good. I do think Shania is getting a bit up there in age to be on such a list, but for an old woman, Shania still has it together.

I do agree with Colin. Faith was hot in 1994 and 1999, but in 2009, she is just ok. She probably still qualifies as a milf, but so do a lot of decently put together women in the mall, the grocery store or whatever. Faith looks fine for her age, and probably better than most, but she really no longer belongs in the “hot” category.
I’m gonna get yelled at for bashing. But in this case, I am not. Faith was hot in her younger days. She has had an amazingly successful career. She has done very, very well for herself. She deserves respect. But “hot” just isn’t a label I would apply to her anymore.
As for Taylor Swift, well, she may be hot for 17 year old boys and for pedophiles, but yeah she is a weee bit young. We are talking jailbait territory here. Nasty!

A lot of shallow comments here. Depending on your age, there are many “older” women that are still HOT! I would include Shania and Faith there. Some people think Heather Locklear is still hot and I know she’s up there too. Beauty (and hot-ness) is in the eye of the beholder. Just because someone is not interested in tweenies and twenties doesn’t mean a person in their age bracket isn’t hot. “OLD?” I think not so much.

I am shocked to hear that some people are actually saying that Faith Hill is one of the most beautiful women in country music and outside of country music. I watched her on the CMAs and she still is hot or as I think she is gorgeous. She is not overcooked. Martina M. is also beautiful. I can’t agree with hotelm.etc.

Country music has tons of beautiful women.I do not see how we can choose just one over the others.Yes we all have our favorites,but to have a debate over it is so wrong.All these women are beautiful in their own right and appeals to each of us differently.I say lets all be proud that country music is full of not only talented artist but beatiful artist also.

Frankly I think Faith, Martina and Carrie are the hottest women in country today. Kelly is cute but turns me off with her fake boobs to try to make her look sexy. Is Julianne still in country music? Personally I think her interests lie elsewhere. Taylor—what can I say! She wears so much makeup that you can’t tell what she really looks like.

Beauty is really in the eyes of the beholder, so all on there probably deserve it, Carrie is #1 to me, and of course everyone thinks their artist is #1-but there are a couple on this list that has not been in country music in years, or never. So it should be stricly active country artist, I mean the ones out there working , the others are beautiful , but had their day in the sun. JMO-Alison, I forgive you for not adding Carrie, we all know who your fav. is and that is your business, but to omit someone on personal feelings is too bad of you.
