Blake Shelton, Trace Adkins Find "Hillbilly Bones"
I always knew there was a common element that brings high class broads, stuffy rich guys and rednecks together. And according to the outstanding video for Blake Shelton's new "Hillbilly Bone," it is good country music. Long story short, Shelton and Trace Adkins walk into a five-star white-tablecloth restaurant full of uppity folks whose jaws are dropping. Especially when Shelton grabs the wine from the sommelier and drinks from the bottle, and Adkins takes a sip from his own jug of ‘shine. By the end, though, everyone has found their hillbilly bone down deep inside and they start singing and dancing. Even the old lady swinging her pashmina around like a stripper.

I’m disappointed with this song. I like some of Blake’s music but this one was just…lame. I wish he had released a song off of his album (why didn’t he do that?).

Hillbilly Bone is just so much fun to listen to & the video just makes me giggle like a school girl.
I taped it three times in a row so I could keep watching without rewinding.

It’s good to have a lighthearted song from time to time. This is basically an upbeat and fun version of “Country Boy Can Survive” What a good combination Trace and Blake make on this one.

This song is horrible and not very easy to listen to! I heard rumors that Trace and Blake are wanting to become the next Brooks & Dunn! Now, I love Trace’s music and I respect him, and a little of Blake’s too, but I’m sorry, these two WILL NEVER EVER replace Ronnie Dunn and Kix Brooks! NEVER! LONG LIVE BROOKS & DUNN!
