Keith Urban Will Rock Franklin, Tenn., Tomorrow
Little honky-tonks. Gigantic arenas. Vintage theaters. I have seen Keith Urban play just about every kind of venue there is. But this is a new one. A Verizon store? If I was in Nashville tomorrow, I would so be there. Hell, I'd even switch to Verizon if I had to. (But you don't. In fact, admission is free, no purchase necessary and all that.) He's going to be at the store located at 1959 Mallory Lane in Franklin, Tenn., at 2 p.m. tomorrow (Oct. 30). He'll meet, he'll greet, he'll do a few songs, and then he will take questions from the audience. There's no word on the capacity inside the store, and there's a 40 percent chance of rain, so I doubt he'd play outside. Since I can't go, can some nice reader please go for me and report back here so we can all live vicariously through you?

If you’ll agree to publish an article, I’ll go, take notes, and write one for you.
Just tell me how many words you want?
Bettye Cejka says:
Can you believe what the traffic jam will be like? I hope the Franklin police are prepared for the mayhem that will ensue starting sometime early in the morning…..HA HA HA.
Beth says:
I hope the Verizon store is a whole lot larger than ours which would hold about 50-55 people packed in like sardines! Sure wish I lived in or near Nashville. Unfortunately, Texas is a loooong ways away! Congrats to all Monkeys and non-Monkeys who get to go tomorrow. Can hardly wait to read the reviews & see the pics in Monkeyville and here! :D
Michelle R. says:

Granna says:
Sure wish I could be there!! Keith, you ROCK!
Laurie S. says:
I went! He was great and gracious. Did an acoustic set, mixed with quesions, and he was really funny. Verizon set up a stage outside in the parking lot, and it didn’t rain. It was like chatting with a friend that happens to sing great!!
Jennifer M. says:
I went and it was awesome!!! He looked great in all black and seemed VERY happy. He has a wonderful sense of humor. They passed around microphones for questions, which mostly turned out to be song requests, but the highlight of the Q & A was from a 12 year old boy who said he was going to be singing one of Keith’s older songs at an upcoming school program and asked if Keith would sing the song. Keith invited the boy onstage and they sang the song together–it was really cute.
Lu says:
Hey Jennifer M., what song did Keith and the 12 year old sing? I wish I could have been there, but I was in Nashville for the “We’re All For the Hall” show he did a couple weeks previous. Now that was awesome!!! I drove all the way from Minnesota to attend that show and to see Keith Urban and his friends. I packed 2,000 miles (round-trip) on a rental car in just 4 days. Brought my 16 year old son along….he is “forever country” as a result!
