Carrie Underwood's Web Site Gets a Makeover

Posted: October 8th, 2009 at 10:12 am  |  By: Alison Bonaguro

Carrie Underwood She's gorgeous. She can sing. She's smart. And I'll be damned, Carrie Underwood has got some Web savvy, too. Her Web site has had a bit of a makeover, and now you can do things like buy the "Cowboy Casanova" video, shop for CDs and digital music. And the new site will reportedly be bringing her countless fans even closer to Underwood. There will be a more appealing news section (no word on whether or not the old one was actually unappealing or not), blogs, fan photos and updates delivered instantly when you visit the site. What I like best is how you can customize the background with what is called a skin switcher. So you may choose the Bistro skin one day, Daisy the next and Play the next. It's a little thing, but in the end, all those little things add up to one cool way to navigate all things Underwood.

i love this girl so much she is my idol!!!…what an inspiring young lady,if she only knew how her music has blessed my life she would be in awe..i was going thru hardships in the past years of my life and “jesus take the wheel” and “so small” have really touched my heart there are so many more songs but i wont list them we all know how great her songs are..i have once heard carrie say on an acceptance speech she was giving for winning an award that “she will never know why God has blessed her and she will try to figure that out for the rest of her life”…the answer Carrie is that God has used you to bless me and everyone else in this world who feel moved by you!…im a very grateful fan and im proud to be a carebear:)….

carrie is one of the most beautifull person, she is gorgeous, kind, appreciative, grateful, strong, hardworker, sweet, and good moraled and valued young woman and one day i hope i have a daughter just like her carol did a great wonderful job raising carrie they are both “wonderful beautifull perfect all american girls”

nov. 3rd is taking forever i cant wait

What else can possibly be said about Carrie, that all of us haven’t said time and time again…..I love Carrie for many reasons. She is the most gorgeous young lady inside and out, has a vocal range that is out of this world and she is so very…..talented. I am so proud of Carrie for all she has accomplished in the less than 5 full years she has been an artist. She is such a caring person and willing to do things for Charity events, USO tours or anything they ask of her. She will always be there for AI, as she well should be but Carrie winning American Idol was just the starting of a star being born. She had to make sure that she followed that dream and boy has she ever exceeded all expectations of her. She deserves every award she has ever won and some that she hasn’t, but that is okay because she will win many more before her career ends. She is just really getting started. She has broken so many records and even some of her own. She is so dedicated to her work and as far as I am concerned she is the best FVOTY for the CMA Awards coming up.
She just has a flawless voice that is unmatched by anyone of any genre of music in my opinion.
I love Cowboy Casanova and I love the video. Congratulations Carrie for ALL of your most rewarding accomplishments in such a short time. You are the best!!!!
Can’t wait until Nov. 3rd for Play On to go on sale and also for you and Brad at the CMA Award show on the 11th of Nov.
My thoughts and prayers are always with you and of course ACE!!!!
    Judy

I don’t care whatever others comments about Carrie I am deaf, and I am blind I don’t listen and I don’t read negative because I know they don’t know Carrie personally.
I just like this young girl persona. I admire her as a human being, a good artist and down to earth woman.
Cowboy Casanova will hit #1 for a long time.

carrie is nothing like lady gaga and no she isnt lady goo goo of country…i dont see why she would be considered that over one freakin video, its just a fun video she’s going into character just like she did for “just a dream” where shes the heartbroken widowed woman who lost her husband due to the war…”CHARACTER” people its a “CHARACTER” i dont see why some people have to be so conservative and prudish and they have no personalities..shes a 26 year old not a 62 year old….cant women have fun anymore or does everything women do have to be scrutinized thats B.S.
she’s beautifull she definitely has it so why not flaunt it plus shes a classy woman…more power to her for coming out of her shell and trying new things thats a good way to grow and allow herself to be different!! shes confident and not afraid what people may say!…love that about her!

i like carrie, but this video seems to be set in a brothel, with carrie being the madam. she certainly is beautiful, and i agree if she has it flaunt it, but i dont think it goes with the song at all, and makes me question her judgement.

i love her video..many people have there opinions and some are agsindt it but as for me i think she rocks it! i have been a fan of carrie since the 1st day she auditioned for american idol and i am so proud of her growth and confidence she is the same carie in the sense of her sweet charming girl from checotah down to earth genuine and sincere but she is different artisticly and thats an awesome achievement i am so proud of her because she is a star and she has earned that right i forget she was on idol..she is definitely growing, maturing and trying new things she is evolving and i for one do not question her judgement she has a good head on her shoulders she is a respectable classy lady and ALL carrie fans know this and carrie will always be carrie and thats why we love her…

carrie rocks in this video she looks gorgeous and sexy her dresses are so cool and most girls love dress up carrie is having so much fun i dont see the harm in this video at all???

why are people trippin’on this video? what is it that is so offensive, i dont get it? i thought the video rocked. she went into character wonderfully, a woman with attitude with a lot of sass, bitterness she’s out to warn the ladies what a charmer yet snake he is…they made the focus more on her being a diva telling a story whether then on the cowboy he’s more this mystery man…i dont know why people are trippin’ but the attention its gettin’ whether you like it or not it helps carrie out so more power to her!!..i dont think it would have made sense if carrie played a wholesome innocent country girl that is her real life character and she and her people didnt want that kind of character for cowboy casnova…

the song and video are doing extremely well “GO MISS CARRIE”

Dolly was a Madam in “Best Little **** in Texas”. Reba was a broken purchased woman in “Fancy”. LeAnn was a theif and a convict in “Nothin’ Better To Do”, not to mention what she actually is in real life.

So, get a grip. Britney’s “Womanizer” and “Casanova Cowboy” are about the same guy, but the videos are WORLD’s apart. If you doubt me, go to the utube to watch “Womanizer”.

I love Carrie Underwood to death but this engagement has me crazy. This hockey player is a canadian heart throb, women everywhere, His own players acknowledge he is a sex symbol with canadian woman, what exactly does that mean I ask? He is a sports jock and she is a stunning, laid back country girl. His sport and her career are on opposite ends of the spectrum. They barely see each other. That wont change with marriage. The guy showed up at the grammys with greasy uncombed hair, no tie and frankly looked pretty uncomfortable being there. C’mon man, She deserves someone who is going to be there for her, love her for who she is and be a lifelong committed partner. Jocks are Jocks. C’mon Man.
