Top 10 Tracks I'm Digging Right Now

Rascal FlattsTwo things happened last week that altered the course of my listening habits this week: I interviewed Joe Don Rooney of Rascal Flatts and I saw a Lady Antebellum show. Both events made me think all about bands and how much I love the range of music that comes with hearing a group. Whether they're singing harmony or not, I just like to take a break from frontmen and revel in the band dynamic.

"Here Comes Goodbye," Rascal Flatts
"Long Gone," Lady Antebellum
"Song of the South," Alabama"Gravy," the Lost Trailers
"Two Dozen Roses," Shenandoah
"Voice Inside My Head," Dixie Chicks
"I'm With the Band," Little Big Town
"One More Day," Diamond Rio
"Moments," Emerson Drive
"Passenger Seat," SHeDAISY

Great choice on Rascal Flatts, especially love their album Unstoppable. Have you heard the last track called Why?

The only “bands’ you have listed are Lost Trailers, Shenandoah, Diamond Rio. The rest are groups with a backing band, however Alabama started out as a self contained band, but eventually had a backing band too that included Steel Guitar, Keyboards, Acoustic Rhythm Guitar.

    These are bands…

Zac Walther and The Cronkites - Georgia Cane
Sons of Bill - Broken Bottles
Mo Robson Band - Women I Don’t Know
    Lost Immigrants - Something Better
Kat Moore Band - Thank You
    Spur 503 - What’s Wrong With Me
    Rodney Parker & 50 Peso Reward - 10lb Test
    Reckless Kelly - Wretched Again
    Barnhill - Mary Jane
Cross Canadian Ragweed - Carry You Home
