Julianne Hough Lends Her Voice to Cancer Survivors
Ladies Home Journal, the American Cancer Society and country music are all things I hold near and dear to my heart. So I was thrilled to see a way-too-tiny ad promoting "The Voice of Celebration" contest to win a trip to see Julianne Hough live in concert and meet her backstage. In the ad, Hough says her stepmother is a cancer survivor, and that cancer makes you realize that every day is a gift. "I hope and pray for a world where cancer never steals another year from anyone's life," she says. Amen, Julianne. All you have to do to enter is tell LHJ about your most memorable birthday celebration. The deadline for entries is Aug. 13.
