You know how Eric Church has his Young and Wild tour coming up? Well, one of his opening acts, Ashley Ray, is psyched to be on the road with him. Psyched, but broke. So she needs your help, your hospitality and your couch. Ray and her guitar player claim to be nice people. She says she doesn't snore. But how does she sound on stage? Really, really good. Just like you'd expect from a girl raised in small-town Kansas listening to Keith Whitley, James Taylor, Reba McEntire, Patty Loveless and Bob Seger. And even though she has a brand new record deal with Universal South, like she says in her MySpace blog, "Times are tough for us all and the road ain't cheap!" Assuming she finds a place to land, the tour kicks off tonight in Evansville, Ind. I'll bet if you give her your couch she'll comp you a couple tickets to the show.
