Tamzen and Kevin's Redneck Wedding

My Big Redneck Wedding Tamzen and KevinTamzen and Kevin were married on CMT's show My Big Redneck Wedding 3. Tamzen shares her thoughts about the big day.

After almost eight years and a couple of tries, Kevin and I got married. Everyone knew it was a long time coming except us (HAHA). The week before the wedding was a mad house. Because of the lack of funding we decided to make everything ourselves. A big, huge, giant thank you to my maid-of-honor and my stooge maids. Stooge #1: my little sister Lummpy made all the girls' shirts and all of the flowers. #2: Lil cuz Lisa and #3: the minister ol' lady (Nikki) moved in with me and my folks for the whole week so that I was never without a hand to hold when the craziness hit. The greatest band ever in the whole world, Chimney Rock, made the whole thing better than I could have ever dreamed. And the fact that Candy M let us use her song was just the most wonderful. I know to all of you looking at the pictures of us you can't help but laugh. Hell, sometimes we do, too. You have to understand inside that lil o' biddy man there is enough heart to fill a football field. I would marry him a thousand time over if need be.  The fact that I really am Saxton's (the best man) step mom makes me cry just thinking about it. To all of the bride to be's reading this, I hope you have parents like I have. They gave their last penny and their last nerve to make sure all my redneck dreams came true and they did ten times over. I know this was a wedding and everyone had a blast. Not all of the things we planned developed due to a lack of time.

I would have changed only one thing, and that is to know who stole all of our gift money. If that person reads this, I cannot write what I truly feel because I am a mother and would be so very angry if my child ever read those words, so I say to you with all my heart, "I will the fleas of a thousand old mangy hound dogs infest you private area."

P.S. Pink Sneakers crew, none of this would have happened for us with out you. Thank you so very much. From me and mine to you and yours.
