When the Plane Lands, Tim McGraw Phones Home
He already knows how he's going to treat the guys that come around for his daughters. But more importantly, Tim McGraw knows how to treat the girls in his life. And it sounds like he really isn't that much of a tough guy. In fact, he and his wife Faith Hill have one rule they live by no matter how much their careers pull them in opposite directions. "Call each other before we get on a flight and after we land. It's our rule," he said. And he says he knows when to "draw the line at seeing too many chick flicks with Faith." If those are a couple of the secrets behind their 12-year marriage, knowing when to stay in touch and knowing when to let go, that's advice that's pretty easy to follow.

Flying in an airplane is far safer than driving in a car, and yet we don’t feel the need to call our loved ones each and every time we get out of or into our car.

I agree hotelmotel. Driving in a car is far more dangerous than Flying. Furthermore, I’m sure there of plenty of Singers/Musicians/Artists that call their loved ones especially when they always travel. Alison seem to think Tim is the only one who does this and so does Tim to have to BRAG about it. Please bore someone else with your ignorance.

Great blog Alison - Tim and Faith have made it to the top. When you are at the top people want to pull you down. I think it is great that they have that close relationship. A couple of years ago everyone was loving Tim and Faith. Now all of a sudden it has changed. I think it happens to most stars that hit the top. Sad it is that way. I whish people would go by the voice and how good they are instead of all that goes with it.

Because him and Faith have rules that they live by that makes him foolish and all about ego. He has confindence big difference and if you actually have read any interviews or saw any interviews he is very honest how he knows he is not the most talented singer out there and is very self depricating so maybe learn a fact or two, Please.
How can you people say such hateful things about a very nice couple who have been together for over 12 years are raising three daughters and that you never hear another musician put down. Actually you hear how generous, down to earth, and loyal they are. And if you don’t like them or want to hear about them then why did you read the blog. Just to show what type of person you are?
And to the person who said you don’t know why he is famous. Look at his carreer, the awards he has won, the concerts he has done, the money he has earned, the albums he had sold, and the movie’s he has done. He is talented that is why he is famous. You people give country fans a bad name. If you don’t like someone fine but you don’t need to be so hateful and spiteful.
