Willie Nelson Songs Will Put Baby to Sleep
When my kids were little, I would've done anything to get them to go to sleep and stay asleep. Anything. I tried bedtime baths full of pricey lavender soap, high-end glider chairs and stacks of soothing nursery rhymes. One thing I never tried, though, was Willie Nelson. That probably would've done the trick. Now that this new series of Hushabye Baby CDs is on the way, mothers everywhere will want to give it a try. Let Nelson, Vince Gill and Patsy Cline send your baby off to dreamland with what they call "blanket-soft instrumental lullaby versions of country music's best-loved songs." They aren't out until early next year, so I haven't heard them. But I'm sure the guitars, fiddle and pedal steel will sound a lot better than my own a capella lullabies ever did.

Lauren says:
Willie Nelson was about the only thing that put me to sleep as a baby.
Fiona says:
I haven’t tried Willie Nelson, but I do use a CD called Rainforest. It consists of all the sounds you would hear in the forest such as birds etc… It calmed her right down and soothed her when she had wind, which we all know can be painful for a baby
Alyson says:
My brother gave me this cd for my baby. I love it as much as my baby! We keep it on all night!
