Toby Keith Singing More Love Songs Than Usual

Toby Keith Artist Page In a recent interview with CMT, Toby Keith talks about his new album That Don't Make Me a Bad Guy. He says that since he co-wrote every song and produced the album it has his fingerprints all over it, but that doesn't mean that it's more of the same. According to Keith, "There's about four love songs on here -- which is about three more than I usually do." There's also a bluesy track called "Missing Me Some You" that includes some soulful vocal backing and a horn section. I think I like the title track the best, but with its hint of bluegrass flavor, "You Already Love Me" might be the sleeper of the album -- and is pretty infectious too. Since the tracks are available for streaming in their entirety on Keith's MySpace page (probably only for a limited time) you can make up your own mind.

It’s about time. I was getting very tired of his “hot chick” songs. He’s got a great voice, I’ll admit. Hopefully he’s put it to good use on this new album. (I already like “She never cried in front of me”.)

I have played this cd continuously since Saturday. I love all 11 songs. Toby has the finest vocals in Country Music or any genre. You are the best!!

I really like his voice on Cried more than I have any other of his big hits. He’s full of himself but I do like the music he brings to the radio!

Toby is a incredible singer and song writer and producer. His music is what life is about. TOBY YOU ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! Keep up the great music. Toby is awesome music!!!
