Carrie Underwood Digs Jessica and Faith
No more Mrs. Mean Girl. Carrie Underwood has cleared up any misconceptions about celeb-on-celeb feuds. She tells People magazine she has only met Jessica Simpson once and thought she seemed really nice. Whew. That's good news. Even better, Underwood went on to gush about fellow girl singer Faith Hill's recent bikini body reveal on the cover of Shape magazine. "She's what we should all aspire to be because she's one person that's very, very confident in herself," Underwood said. The only folks she dissed? The media, for creating obstacles when it comes to keeping her love life private.

I knew in my heart that there was no feud that it was trumped up by the media to sell magazines and Jessica Simpson jumped om board to help sell her so called country album!! Carrie wouldnt cause a feud with anyone I mean look at how they played it up when Carrie won female vocalist and Faith Hill was on camera and yelled “What” they made it into a blown out of proportion feud which there was none!! Carrie respects other people, other artists and most importantly she respects herself and handles her affairs accordingly that is why I love her to death! She is pure, honest and heartfelt–very unique traits in the music business and she is not just out there to make every dollar she can off her fans like some other artists which I wont name to be nice today!! Faith has taken care of herself and looks great for having had three children!!!

Ultimately it’s Carrie that decide to answer or not but IMO, this is better than no answer or “no comment” like you suggest, which only make thing confuse to “some ppl”
If all those STUPID MADE-UP stuffs that those dumb mags brought up are false, she is totally should defense her reputation when THEY brought it up again. It’s the right thing to do

She has to know by now that they will jump on everything she says. Why does she not put her foot down and stop the whole issue where it began: with the media. Why give them anything at all to report?
Thesis statement: Jess and Faith have slammed the door to the media on those topics; why hasn’t Carrie?

i love carrie…shes human and shes not perfect but for the most part the things i hear of her she’s honest genuine person and the way she always talks to us fans at her concerts, like were her best friends is really awesome and she’s so down to earth. she is so grateful for everthing and she knows it can all be gone tomorrow…shes a good girl living her dream working hard and playing every night at different venues for us,she appreciates us so we appreciate her, and she may not be perfect thats a fact, but to us she’s pretty close and she is as close as its gonna get she is our “all american girl”…and we love her. love or hate carrie the fact of the matter is she’s here to stay she has become the girl to beat and right now no one can…she will be here for years just like shania,martina, and faith, and she has a future just like these wonderfull ladies…im just glad she is in my genration…and i’ve had the chance to meet her and go to her concerts, and yes she really is that beautifull if anything more in person. carrie rocks end of story.

The thing I have come to realize about Carrie is if you hear something negative it’s not true if you hear something positve most likely true. Carrie is just to kind of a person to stoop to a lower level of class. She is just a all around nice person, she let’s everything roll off her shoulder’s and she goes with the flow. She knows she is always under the microscope of the media. That’s why she is probably such a private person, plus she doesn’t need negative publicity to help her, her music speaks for itself.

vprince….well said she is private about her life, and doesnt need the publicity her music speakes for itself,after all she is country singer and that is what should be getting recognized not her personal life unlike other stars,in which they cant sell records so tabloids help keep them famous(you know im talking about the simpsons). in my opinion she didnt need to comment on the jessica feud issue,because she’s not the type to slam someone on live radio she lets things go. carrie is the better person for putting it to end from her side,so has jess put she was mean and catty about it. i think carrie is success, respect,shows alot more for her accomplishments,and no one can slam her career…she’s an amazing young lady and i love her.
