Admit it. You've always wanted an excuse to dress up like Dolly Parton. And here it is: If you do, and you submit your picture to one of her Web sites and win, you'll get an autographed copy of her latest CD, Backwoods Barbie, and your photo upfront on the news page of her Web site. This "Dress Like Dolly" contest for Halloween is just one more reason to love Parton's big sense of humor and her "it takes a lot of money to look this cheap" attitude. So get your blond wigs out, glue on some false eyelashes and stuff your bra with cantaloupes. Then have someone take your picture and upload it at her special Web site.
