Lady Antebellum Kicks Off CMT on Tour With Jason Aldean
What's going on, CMT fans? It's Charles from Lady A here. Just wanted to keep y'all updated on what's going on out here on the road with Jason Aldean. We've had two great opening shows out in North Carolina and West Virginia. The energy of the crowds has been amazing so far. We want to say thanks to everyone who has come out already and supported the tour and everyone who plans to attend the upcoming shows.
Outside of the shows, we've been having a lot of hang time with Jason and his band. They are some of the greatest guys I've ever met. They definitely know how to have a good time. The energy of the tour is so inspiring to me, I can't describe it. It just makes me feel blessed to get to be out here doing what I love to do and have so much fun doing it. In the signing lines after the shows, it's been awesome talking to the fans and hearing their feedback from the show and which songs that have touched them in some way. Pretty awesome feeling. Anyways, we hope to see y'all out here soon on the CMT tour. Rock on! - Charles

Saw last night’s show in Dayton. Absolutely fantastic. Sound was great…show was great…great looking group.
Can’t wait for your next CD. Lady A was definitely the headliner. Unfortunately, Jason’s music was so loud and distorted that you couldn’t really hear him although he
really puts on an enthusiastic show. At any rate, Lady A
is absolutely the best out there!
Thanks again to Lance Smith’s makeup artist…appreciated getting the picture!

I would have made the Dayton Show had the presales been better. I tried ordering tickets and could not get a handicapped seat for my mom so….. I just got back tonight from my weeks vacation in Florida. I also noticed that they only used about a quarter of the arena according to Ticketmaster. What a waste of an arena.

The Dayton Show Was Awesome! I drove in from Columbus just for the show (as a birthday present to myself). Lady A Put on a great show, the base was a little loud for Jason Aldean (but he was still amazing). Eric Durrance was also amazing, it was very nice of him to stay after the show to sign autographs. This show was definitely worth the money (gas included!). You guys totally made my birthday!

I Attended the concert on 10/26/08 in Columbus,GA On Sunday night with my family.I actually have a complaint Jason Aldean was great but his stage manager on the other hand was another story after the concert was over and Jason Aldean exited the stage she asked for a drum stick from the drummer he threw her one but it didnt make it to her she asked him if she could get on stage to get her drum stick he replied yes then out of no where she was tackled by the stage manager keep in mind that the concert was over and Jason Aldean had left i find his action ridiculous and wounder if Jason Aldean even knows how his stage manager is acting?what if that would been a child.I am just in shock.Does anyone know how i can send this sitution to Jason Aldean?
Cheryl says:
Hey, my husband and I will be going to Green Bay, Wisconsin show this Sunday. I am SOOOO excited to see you with Jason Aldean. We are such a small town and when I logged onto CMT and saw that Jason Aldean and Lady A were playing 100 miles away, I couldn’t wait until your tickets went on sale. Your music is great and you look like you have such fun together. I watched your interview with Lance Smith. I couldn’t ask for a better birthday present (it is definately worth waiting 2 months for) than to watch 2 of my favorite Country bands, a night away with my husband, and a day off work!
Thanks to all your comments here. Sounds like we are going to have one heck of a good time.
P.S. Angel Hearn, I’m sure Jason Aldean would want to know how his stage manager acted. Did you check out his web page?
