Hayes Carll Gets Dumped for Jesus
In September, Hayes Carll won the Americana Music Association's song of the year for "She Left Me for Jesus." With a title like that there's only so many ways the song can go. By a few seconds into this new video you should get the idea. Basically, it's hilarious. Ever seen that show Cheaters? Well, this pays homage to that "classic" piece of American "television" and makes for a lot of fun. Not sure what a giant chicken has to do with anything, but I guess that's why I'm not a director. Just don't have the vision. I wonder what Joey Greco would think about this.

Funny song, and with the video, even funnier! Some people may find it offensive, but I think it’s hilarious! Still trying to figure out the chicken too, but he sure is cocky! I’d like to mention the cameo appearance of Country music legend Jimmie Dale Gilmore, and country music star Jesse Dayton in the lead role as the man being cheated on.
