John Rich Happy That Alaska Gets Country
When VP hopeful Sarah Palin told John Rich she loved Gretchen Wilson's song, "Redneck Woman," he thought that was pretty cool. Having co-written the song, he said it was good to know country music is out in those kinds of places. What "kinds of places" do you think he meant? Igloos, full of Eskimos in parkas? I mean, Alaska's got country music fans, right? Anchorage even has a country station. So I'm not surprised at all that Palin digs country, even though she seems like more of a high-class broad than a redneck woman.

I can’t see how people would want to vote republican after what all we have went through the past 8 years. If you are like me and have seen my wages go down and gas go up where I can hardly afford it then why keep the same people in office? I don’t think Palin is a bad person at all but my god people wake up she is not ready to run our country.

And, she is all for the drill, baby, drill thing that would lower gas prices. i don’t think that’s a bad thing, as long as we don’t stop looking for alternatives.
the Veep is the head of the senate, and acts as a representative of the president. the Veep has no executive powers of their own. it would rest in McCain.

Dear Mr. Rich,
Please, Please, may I have a few minutes of your time. I’ll try to be as brief as possible. Although I am a Huge fan, that is not what this letter is about. I am writing for urgent help for a newborn baby in The Medicale Center of Dallas, Texas. You see, there is a baby boy named Santana Rosco-Ross that was born on August 19th this year. He was born with so many complications, his heart is on the wrong side, his little intestines were all messed up (they did surgery on those when he was 2 days old), and the doctors put him on heart medication that made his little kidneys fail. The doctors did’nt think he would make it several times now. But despite all these complications he has the will to live and is fighting to stay with us.
As soon as my daughter told me of this miracle child He took a huge place in my heart! I immediately wanted to help this little angel. I don’t have any contacts, nor do I have the funds to help, so I used my computer to send out prayer requests everywhere I could find. I have prayed and prayed for him myself, and I still felt this pull to do more. I just didn’t know what I could do. So I meditated and asked God, what could I do to help this angel if he is meant to stay with us. While I waited for an answer I just kept trying to get his story out to anyone who would listen. I tried the newspapers in the Dallas, Ft. Worth area, radio stations, I even tried to contact Oprahs Angel Network! I have not gotten anyone to listen or to help me help this child.
The family he has consists of his 19 year old unwed mother and her sister, thats it! And the mother doesn’t have a job so she is on state assistance. She lives with her older sister which works with my daughter (which is how I got envolved). They have no connections or resources to get any other help.
Therefore, they do not have the funds to bring in any specialists. And Mr. Rich, I know this baby is supposed to stay with us and grow to be a great man because believe it or not, I seen this in my dream! He just needs help for his little body to have a QUALITY life! And After I prayed and meditated some more the words came to me that just said “CONTACT JOHN RICH”! I know it sounds like I’m a freak or something, but I am just a woman with a huge heart that God has asked me to do this and I am obeying!
When I first heard that thought, I immediately tried to dissmiss it. I thought I was crazy, I have never tried to contact a celebrity in my life and I had no idea how to do it! But it won’t go away! Even when I slept on it because I was afraid to even attempt to get a hold of you, it woke me with the NEED to take inspired action. So I asked God…. if I am to contact him, please give me the words, and what am I to ask of him? Last night I got my answer.
I know and respect you for all you do for others. I also know you are a man that can get things done! I know you believe in God and will not just blow this off as some “religous nut request” I know you have the connections to get people to sit up and take notice of the little Angel fighting for his life! I am hoping you can help me set up a benefit for this child to raise the money for the Special Doctors he needs to have a Quality life. I know I am to ask you for help! But that is all I know I have no clue as to how to make a benefit happen or to raise money and awareness for this special child. But I have more Faith than you can imagine that I am to help and I am to ask you for help.
If your eyes do see this message, (and I believe God will get this to you somehow) would you PLEASE< PLEASE respond? Even if it’s to tell me you can not help! Please, let me know so I can keep trying to get someone to help this beautiful little angel.
