Great album, i agree. I think it means so much more to get an americana award than most anything else. they don’t seem to be political.

I agree. “She Left Me For Jesus” is hilarious, and well deserving for Song of The Year. It was a great awards show at the Ryman Auditorium last night. Plant and Krauss were a riot on stage during their acceptance speech and award presentation. Americana nominees and winners are always a guide as to who the Grammy nominees will be. Looking forward to that.

Kim: What do you mean the Led Zep reunion was not popular?? The truth is that some die hard Zep fans are very mad at Robert because he prefers touring with Alison right now than to reunite with Zep for a world tour. Apparently you are not a fan because it was one of the biggest reunions ever!!!! Anyways back to the subject, I am so happy for Robert and Alison, they sound like magic together!! I hope they win the CMA award for Vocal Event of the year too!

The Americana awards show was awesome this year. Plant and Krauss were great and watching Jason and the Scorchers play two hot songs after they received thier lifetime achievement award in Performance was the high point of the AMA’s this year. Cant wait for next year
