More Love For Miranda Lambert’s “More Like Her”
It’s good to know I’m not alone. There is love for Miranda Lambert’s new single everywhere. The folks at The 9513 gave “More Like Her” a thumbs up for its artistic quality, emotional complexity and for exposing Lambert’s vulnerable side. All valid reasons to dig the song, as long as you add to that list the softening of Lambert’s vocals in this ballad of regret that she wrote herself.

So do I! I’ve always been a Carrie fan but absolutely love Miranda as well. She is a down home sweetheart with an excellent gift for song writing. Her songs are so wonderful and deep. Everyone needs to buy her CD, which won Album of the year with loads of accolades from many music sources.

This has been my favorite Ran song for some time now. I’m so glad it has been released as a single. I think it shows a side of her that often gets overlooked. Can’t wait to start hearing this on radio!

I also love the album, but in Denver they barely play Miranda. They have played Gun Powder and Lead more than any of her other singles. Radio in Denver is still dominated by males: George Strait, Kenny Chesney, and Brad Paisley.
I barely listen to the radio any more.

I also LOVE this song!! Its one of my faves 4rm her but my fave on the album is Desperation but i think this song will do better on radio!!!
