Around the Web: Jason Aldean Picks Up Club Gig

You can take Country Thunder out of Texas, but you can’t take Texas out of Jason Aldean. He’s doing a show at Cowboys Dance Hall in Arlington, Texas, on May 31 to make up for the festival’s cancellation.

The Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville is playing host to Richard Marx, former pop sensation and the man behind several of Keith Urban’s biggest hits.

Looks like the Urbans could be celebrating Dependent’s Day right around the Fourth of July. Their baby is reportedly due in six weeks. And, apparently, Nicole’s baby brain has really set in. She admits she forgot to vote for her hubby for the ACM’s entertainer of the year.

Little Big Town’s Kimberly Roads Schlapman picked a cute Daisy at the ACMs. She brought her 10-month-old to the backstage giveaway retreat in Las Vegas.

I think it’s horrible that CMT is actually going to AIR ANYTHING that has to do with the Hogan Family (Celebrity Wrestling Championship)!! I live in the same city as they do, and I know that it will inevitably take some time for the dislike for this family to make it’s way to Hollywood…but it will… Nick Bollea is a spoiled rotten brat and Terri (Hulk) and Linda Hogan are idiots who have let Nick act a fool…which has ruined the life of a very worth while, productive citizen! It’s amazing….the man whose life was ruined by Nick’s childish and reckless behavior was such a decent person…he fought for our country in Iraq, had attended college…and actually worked towards and was responsible for his own future…and in an instant Nick (whose only future was to take a ride on daddy’s coattails) blew it all away!
