Rascal Flatts Deliver Another Poignant Video
Rascal Flatts‘ new video — for “Every Day” — hit CMT on Thursday (April 17), and it’s quite likely to be nominated at next year’s CMT Music Awards. That’s not a bold prediction as much as an observation of recent history. When Rascal Flatts’ “Take Me There” was named group video of the year at Monday night’s CMT Music Awards, it marked the sixth consecutive year they’ve won in the category. Other wins include “These Days” (2003), “I Melt” (2004), “Feels Like Today” (2005), “Skin (Sarabeth)” (2006) and “What Hurts the Most” (2007).
Just as they’ve done in the past, the “Every Day” video carries a positive message. This time, it’s the idea that everyday people can make a difference in the lives of others. With Rascal Flatts having participated in the American Red Cross‘ national celebrity cabinet since 2004, the organization is prominently featured in the new video as volunteers respond to emergency situations.
“Every Day” was written by Jeffrey Steele and Alissa Moreno. The video was directed by Robert Deaton and George Flanigen. Photos from the video shoot are available online at CMT.com.

“Every Day” is such a great song and especially video. The video was well shut and is so sleek and cool looking. Unless they put out another video that fans like better before next year’s show, I know this video will be winning GROUP VIDEO OF THE YEAR next year……….and I’ll be voting on it. :)

I love Rascal Flatts and all that they stand for. The video and the song everyday is another great job well done. Everything that Rascal Flatts does is great. They are a wonderful gift for GOD and I am thankful for them. they have really helped me through their music to cope with the things that I face everyday.This song really really hits home, They are my heroes and don’t even know it. They are the ones who save me everyday. I have never had the chance to meet them or even go to a concert,I hope someday I will have that honor and also have the chance to thank personally for what they do unknowningly for me. I thank GOD for giving us such great gifts as the 3 of them. Gary,Jay and JoeDon are very talented and wonderful men and they deserve every award they receive. I know every video they do will win them Group Video of the Year. I am very proud to know that they will receive the humanitarian award for all their dedication they do for the children’s hospital at Vanderbelt University.
